The ‘Morale and Retention’ breakout session will contain both a presentation, as well as an open discussion for gathering feedback on ideas and best practices to enhance company culture. We will spend time sharing successful experiences (internal or external) and brainstorm actions/initiatives that can be implemented to improve retention and foster an environment for high morale. We’ll also share insights and discuss how they can be adapted and applied to almost any group within the enterprise.
